Return and Exchange Policy


Your online shopping at My Mottoz Active Wear(TM) is risk free. We understand that since you cannot touch or feel our products, we want to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase experience.

Returns
All merchandise must be received by mymottoz.com prior to receiving a credit.

For damaged or defective merchandise, the total dollar amount of the order will be credited if a credit is desired. For exchanges or credits on merchandise that is not defective or damaged, we do not credit the original freight charges.

We will also pay the freight cost on outbound exchange items originally purchased through mymottoz.com. If the items were purchased through another retailer, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay freight to and from My Mottoz Active Wear.
Please note, items returned for credit after 90 days will be issued a My Mottoz Active Wear gift certificate.

If you are returning an item you have received as a gift, we will send you a gift certificate with the same value as your returned item.

Exchanges
Please write exchange request (size or other reason) and a contact number or email address and insert in your return package with the apparel.  Mail to the address below via USPS.  Once we recieve the original item purchased, we will order a replacement and send it back to you within two weeks.  The new outbound freight charges will be waived on the exchange.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your exchange please call customer care at 269-208-4447.


Back Orders on Exchanges
If an item or a particular item size is out of stock, you will be notified via email and you will be presented with a series of options. We will give you the date the item will be available, and we will ask if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item, we can issue a gift certificate for future use for that item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back-ordered item or if an item is no longer available.
